In redesigning Indian Heights' new website, we prioritized their goal of reaching younger families in Kansas City through strategic architecture planning, user journeys, and wireframing. We also embedded new applications that will make engagement and giving significantly more streamlined for their current members, as well.
BRINGING PURPOSE & INNOVATION TO THE FOREFRONT
Develop a comprehensive website design with a solid site architecture in place, along with deep website strategy to apply valued content to the layout. Build with evergreen and growing content in mind to boost SEO across the website for ongoing outreach.
The Solution
Provide strategic leadership through research and stakeholder planning to influence the journey map and wireframes. Create a public hub for online services, community events, resources, inquiry forms, as well as a digital archive center with member-only access.
The Strategy
Inspire younger families and individuals of all backgrounds to connect and engage with the church, while making it clear who they are and what they offer. Convey breadth of programs and resources through a seamless experience and continue encouraging members to give.
