After our initial meeting, we’ll invite you to our client management system and send you instructions to get started on your brand strategy including time to outline your unique voice, ideal clients, and develop brand-inspired mood boards, which we will take into the design process.

We have a strong design process in place, walking you through each phase of the project, from the minute you're onboarded to the time you're customizing your brand. We'll start with a comprehensive and collaborative brand strategy session with you and/or your team to get valuable insight towards your mission, audience, and goals moving forward. So all you need to get started is a willingness to listen, get inspired, and help create!
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO BEGIN?
When businesses ask us this, we always follow up with this question – how big of an impact do you want to make? If standing out from the crowd and creating a memorable experience is your goal, then you’re going to need more than a logo. Our goal is to create a well-rounded brand that gives you all the tools and flexibility to have a cohesive identity without being repetitive.
do you provide logo design only?
We include up to two revisions for each phase of the project. We emphasize brand strategy and creative direction from the beginning to create a strong foundation for your brand development. This helps ensure the first designs delivered match the needs for your audience, vision, and style.
how much refinement is included?
We design and develop in Showit, Shopify, Wordpress, and Webflow. After strategy planning, we will determine which hosting plan is most sustainable for your business. If you're needing to sell additional products on a Showit plan, we can integrate Shopify Lite or Woocommerce to your website setup and layout on their highest paid plan. Each host plan brings their own value and benefits to your work and will streamline your communication process tenfold.
what platforms do you develop on?
Of course! Our mission is to provide you with high-quality designs that you can learn and implement into every aspect of your brand. Included in every package is a personalized training session for how to use your new website and how to make customizations to every page once it is live. Video recordings will be saved and sent to your team to use as a reference.
will my site be easy to customize?
Every project is different, so we like to talk with you before giving an official quote on your project. After we've had a chance to review your unique business goals, we'll put together a custom proposal outlining different package options – each tailored to fit your specific needs. On average, our clients have spent anywhere from $5k for a small, quick turnaround website refresh to $50k for a comprehensive, custom agency-developed website system. Ultimately, this will reflect the cost for what it is you're prioritizing in this stage of your business and the value that it will bring to your work.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO INVEST?
Absolutely! Working with a designer is a big investment, so we try to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. You'll secure your spot in our schedule with an initial deposit. From there, we'll divide your remaining payments into monthly installments.

Design takes time. Like, a lot of time. For each concept that I present, there are hours of experimenting and testing that happens behind the scenes. So with my pricing, I have to account for all the hard work and time that I put into your project.

After more than 7 years of doing this, I have a strong awareness of how my experience and skill matches up within the industry. I try to price myself very fairly while still asking for what I know that I deserve.
