The Solution
We designed this portal with users in mind, understanding touchpoints ranging from logging in and out of the system, saving favorite action steps, previewing latest updates, and more to add to their overall interactive experience with this new tool.
The Strategy
Developing key components was priority in developing a comprehensive website that addressed the needs of each of their valued sections across the portal and ensuring its viability for users to engage seamlessly with their personalized account.
