We worked alongside the Mission Minded team to design Changent's new website identity and layout, we prioritized accessibility for their families to quickly access the information they need, while simultaneously combining two prior healthcare organizations into one holistic brand and simplifying outreach materials.

Their organization not only required a new look and feel for their new creative direction, but also a streamlined platform that would merge their two existing services into their new umbrella organization with a clear approach.
We presented varying options of their homepage design to provide options for their new visual web identity, in addition to unique global components, after which we used to further design their internal pages to support their holistic website design.
By clarifying their new identity and creative direction, we were able to design a clean user experience and format that allowed for ease of use for their families and community partners, while also bringing creativity to the forefront.
