the problem

I'd love to have you do a rebrand and website redesign for me! I worry that some stuff is sending errors on my website when potential clients go looking to book me because I haven't had an inquiry in MONTHS! eek. Scary time. I worry the links to different pages aren't always working. Maybe it would be better to just keep those at the top of the page like most sites?!I could definitely use your help to take it to the next step! I'm stoked so I'm ready to make it happen!

INSIGHT & STRATEGY

Before jumping into a rebrand for Brooke, we created a strategic plan for her approach to brand voice and marketing. Moving from her label as a wedding photographer to an exclusive elopement photographer meant that her brand image also needed to match her adventurous outlook on the market she was aiming to work with. We defined her audience as "Adventurous Dreamers", which gave way to creating a brand that fulfilled these values, while also representing creative insight and purpose. Her story is what sold the concept of being more than just another photographer, as capturing the moments of these couples' special day was an intimate, but incredible valuable part of their own story and journey together.

DEFINING OBJECTIVES & LONG-TERM BRAND STRATEGY

the solution

Brooke's vision for her brand was creative, unique, and modern to represent her love of everyday elements in nature and poetry. We took this and ran with it, infusing unique elements to her visuals to match her editing style. That being said, we also infused those assets into her website design, which provided the opportunity to showcase her favorite galleries, her (now increased) pricing, and make a call-to-action for booking with her very transparent. Her biggest barrier to now had been on receiving inquiries, so it was vital that we make sure that was orderly, while also inspiring and exciting to those who were looking to hire her to be that other intimate part of their day. Another aspect was designing for mobile responsiveness, as most of her clients were visiting her website from their phones on-the-go. Once we adjusted for that and launched, she has since increased her website traffic, all new bookings with her ideal client, and while also increasing her prices at the same time.
